Brakes are going to be taxed a bit more because the pads and disc are going to be in contact for a bit longer than usual and with more force because of the added weight and if you are going down hill braking, you are likely to be standing on the brakes, not a good thing to do if they lock up and you damage the tires or if the trailer starts dancing around. and all that extra weight puts more pressure on the tires in the corners and will make the overall feel of the vehicle a bit more sluggish. Marked difference, having all that fuel in the tanks will make it heavier, it means going from 0 to 60 kmh will require more use of the engine and axle, it will be especially hard on the components trying to go from 0 kmh on a steep enough hill with 20 tonnes latched on the back.
